**Client Liaison Officer**

**Location - Blacktown**
**Employment type - Full time Ongoing**
**Salary - Clerk Grade 3/4, Salary ($75,992- $83,211), plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading**

**Your role**

Provide Housing services and support, including act as conduit between client/s and contractor/s, to achieve timely resolution of access or related issues that supports efficient, effective service delivery by providers.

**What you’ll do**

As part of the Housing team, you will monitor contractor reporting of non-access issues across all planned work categories, including property assessment surveys, working directly with client/s and escalating protracted or potential issues as required, to ensure timely resolution that enables services to be delivered. You may be required to undertake field work.

You will also
- Monitor vacant turnaround times, providing exception reporting to the management team to ensure service delivery to agreed timeframes.
- Manage, record and report on tenant enquires resulting from client properties asset condition assessments, planned maintenance or other services delivered to ensure issues are resolved or escalated appropriately.
- Monitor Lawns/Grounds/Cleaning contract inspections, escalating non compliance issues as required, to ensure service delivery in accordance with agreed standards and timeframes.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to effectively communicate and arrange for planned works and maintenance programs.
- Provide support and assistance to other members of the Housing team as required, to ensure efficient and effective functioning of the team.

**What we’re looking for**
- Experience in a client services role.
- Ability to build positive, collaborative relationships with stakeholders
- Proficiency to balance requests for information, multiple work tasks and competing deadlines in an environment with fluctuating demands.
