Lead Skateboard Coach

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Skateboard Coach to train and inspire our students. As a Lead Skateboard Coach, you will be responsible for:

- Developing and delivering engaging and effective training for small groups.
- Work autonomously at independent locations
- Following our compliance checklist
- Strong communication and punctuation skills
- Ensuring participant safety during training sessions and enforcing skate park and class rules.
- Building strong relationships with students and parents, addressing any concerns or questions promptly and professionally.
- Ability to effectively sell skateboarding coaching services and meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to sales targets and student enrolment.
- Capturing content (photos and videos) for social media.

**Requirements**:

- Extensive experience and expertise in skateboarding, with a strong understanding of skateboarding fundamentals and advanced techniques.
- 1 year of experience in Skateboard Coaching
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively with individuals of all ages and skill levels.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Availability to work on weekends.
- Hold a valid ABN.
- Car and driver's license.

**Accreditations**:

- ASF Level 1 Coaching Certification (or equivalent).
- Blue Card Business.
- CPR and First Aid
