**About the role**:
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and effective
**Sales Collateral Coordinator** to provide administrative support within the ARN business.

Within this role, you will be helping to develop and update commercial and marketing materials required to maximise the success of sales teams nationally.
- *This position can be based in any capital city*_

**This position will be responsible for**:

- Source, with guidance, assets required to build commercial and marketing materials for ARN.
- Liaise with stakeholders across multiple business departments to gather correct and current information.
- Create accurate and easy-to-use commercial and marketing materials.
- Assist in the development of design and creative elements.
- Ensure ARN branding compliance and consistency across all assets.
- Ensure tracker of assets is up-to-date and correct.
- Efficient and accurate delivery of core administrative tasks relating to the curation, organisation and distribution of commercial and marketing materials.

**About you**:

- Experience in Media advertising, sales, marketing, or related industry desirable.
- Experience in an entry level administrative role highly desirable
- Computer skills with high proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work autonomously when needed.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- A “Can Do” attitude
- You pride yourself on your attention to detail and you’re highly organised.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
