Working as part of the HR Team, you will understand and manage end to end resourcing of our engineering, construction, health & safety and trade roles for our growing team. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have been told you are resilient and a motivated employee.
- Your responsibilities will include:_- Partner with Project and Hiring Managers to determine resourcing priorities for the region or project- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders including suppliers, JV partners and internal functions- Draft and post online advertisements using Workday, Broadbean and Career website and social media-
- Collaborating with the broader Project HR and Administration teams to effectively manage the on-boarding of new employees.- Creating and maintaining a systemised talent pool within a ATS system and LinkedIn
- What you will bring to the team:_- You will have experience working in a high volume internal recruitment role, construction and engineering industries is advantageous but not essential- Experience working with hiring managers to understand role requirements to draft position descriptions and write job advertisements.-
- Strong communication, critical-thinking and collaboration skills- Experience using Workday is highly regarded- You may be required to travel to site from time to time based on project need
