**TECHNICAL SERVICES PROJECTS AND ADMINISTRATION OFFICER**

Location: Perth, Western Australia

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to the Director Technical Services and Technical Services Directorate.
- Manage calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments, and preparing necessary documentation.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports for the Director and other team members.
- Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and documents as required.
- Assist with project management, including tracking progress and budgets, coordinating meetings, and maintaining project documentation.
- Undertake other tasks and duties as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

- At least 3 years of experience in administrative support, preferably in executive assistance.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
