**Desired Qualifications and Experience**:

- Minimum of excavator, loader and positrack tickets
- Current drivers licence (HR preferred)
- Current construction industry general safety induction (white card)
- Previous experience delivering road and drainage construction or maintenance projects.

- Demonstrated ability to follow work practices policies procedures instructions and guidelines
- Demonstrated ability to perform a range of civil maintenance and construction activities to a high standard
- Demonstrated ability to work with a team environment to ensure outcomes are achieved
- Demonstrate ability to plan and schedule tasks to ensure they are performed efficiently
- Demonstrated ability to work well with others to achieve results
- Sound knowledge of relevant processes and procedures, including workplace health and safety obligations
- Sound knowledge and civil construction and maintenance methods
- Experience in civil construction, specifically working around live services in the CBD and metropolitan environments.
