ASTIA is a well-established contact centre located within walking distance from Central station in Surry Hills. We provide value-added solutions to our clients and strive to deliver the highest level of customer engagement and brand loyalty.

ASTIA has recently experienced some business growth and is looking for inbound superstars to join our one of our financial services clients. Handling inbound enquiries for existing customers Maintaining a high standard of communication and customer engagement to ensure an outstanding experience for everyone who engages with the client. Adhering to all legislative and quality assurance components

**THE ROLE**
- Outbound & Inbound calls to warm enquiries
- Assist customers with their queries
- Sales and results focus

**Salary**: $29.40 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
