If you are a dedicated individual with a drive to succeed and wants to help optimise our business, then this will be for you. We currently have 28 employees in our Sydney head office and a large contractor base who work across our clients.
We are at a very exciting point in our growth, having doubled in size in the last 18 months and we have recently increased our tech stack with a full range of integrated systems.
**Areas of Focus**

This role will be primarily focused on helping the company run smoothly. Working closely with the CEO, senior managers, payroll / finance and liaising with key external stakeholders and business partners to optimise how the company runs on a day to day basis across the key areas of;
- Finance (internal team as well as external bookkeepers and accountants). Work to bring finance systems together so that CEO and senior managers have access to the best possible data to make decisions. Work to improve accounts receivable and payroll system with the Payroll specialist.
- Legal (working with external resources to ensure we maintain all legal obligations and proactively protect the organisation from risk). This will focus on terms of business, insurances, agreements, OH&S etc
- Systems and Processes (work with key systems to increase efficiency across the organisation. Also look at new technologies to always be improving how we do things and add to our overall value proposition). Use the systems to set KPI’s and clear direction on what is high performance within our organisation.
- HR (Training and development of all staff, including onboarding systems for internal staff and casual temp workforce. Career development, EVP, EAP, incentives, awards etc)

This role will essentially be an all-rounder and focused on the key areas to improve the business and support all staff. Experience is not essential, but attitude is key, and we need someone who is prepared to work in a number of parts of the company, with business improvement at the core of the role.
An attention to detail, highly organised person who has fantastic communication and computer skills will be essential. We also want someone who is proactive, positive and keen to get stuck in.
