**Responsibilities**:
**As a Venue Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing the smooth operation of our venue. Your responsibilities will include**:

- Manage daily facility operations to ensure seamless efficiency.**
**- Leading a team of enthusiastic employees to maintain our vibrant atmosphere.**
**- Uphold high standards of customer service and satisfaction.**
**- Managing bookings and assisting with customer inquiries.**
**- Utilizing our POS system and online booking platform.**
**- Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints effectively.**
**- Monitor inventory, equipment maintenance, and facility cleanliness.**
**- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure each shift exceeds expectations.**
**- Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork among staff.**

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.**
**- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.**
**- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.**
**- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.**
**- Comfortable with technology**
