**About the Role**

We’re looking for **Team Members** to work in our new state of the art temperature-controlled ambient Automated Distribution Centre (ADC) located at Redbank, Queensland. These roles will be key in moving grocery products through our supply chain to provide seamless in-store experiences for our customers.

**Full time** opportunities are available with set roster patterns that provide job security and work-life balance. Located with easy access off the freeway, the ADC is a short walk from the Redbank train station and close to the Redbank Plaza shopping centre, providing a very convenient place to work. Our on-site facilities are great too, with a food hub, free on-site parking and an outdoor balcony which overlooks the Brisbane River.

**About you and your skills**:

- Demonstrate a focus on safety, customer service and continuous improvement
- Possess a strong eye for detail and accuracy with basic numeracy competence
- Display strong team skills with a willingness to adapt in fast-paced environments
- Qualifications and experience in Lean Six Sigma, supply chain, manufacturing or logistics are highly regarded
- A current forklift licence, in particular recent experience with a reach forklift is highly regarded
- Previous experience in manufacturing and or automated facilities is highly regarded
- Ability to work weekends, public holidays and during our busy peak periods is essential

You’ll also need to have the ability to be on your feet for long periods of time and be able to carry out moderate lifting, pushing, pulling and reaching within a highly automated environment. A pre-employment medical, which includes a Drug & Alcohol assessment will be required.
