**Your Role**:
- Knowledge, compliance and implementation of Australian Employment Standards.
- Guide and mentor stakeholders on Australian Employment Standards.
- Provide administrative support for recruitment functions including job postings, compiling internal applicants, coordinating interviews and arranging testing
- Handle Inbound/Outbound inquiries and confirmation of applicant information
- Maintain confidentiality of all HR-related information while working independently.
- Participate in special projects and other HR initiatives.
- Coordinate and participate in job fairs and recruitment events
- Mitigate and escalate employee relation issues while adhering to Australian Employment Standards and company polices.
- Build network and relationships with local colleges and universities.
- Special projects to develop and implement new HR initiatives.
- Support other general HR admin tasks
**Qualifications**:
- Degree or graduate in HR Professional programs.
- 2+ years of progressive HR Experience.
- MS Office tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer relation skills; ability to establish credibility with stakeholders.
- Strong negotiating skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; understand, speak, read, and write in English language.
- Strong team player with a positive friendly demeanor who likes to take initiative and build strong professional relationships.
- High level of commitment to delivering exceptional client services.
