**ABOUT YOU**
- Sound knowledge of policies relating to the management of non-work related injuries or health conditions with NSW Ambulance and/or the wider Public Sector, and awareness of the awards relevant to the NSW Ambulance workforce.
- Proven understanding and experience in case management practices and principles
- Demonstrated experience in developing and coordinating recover at work plans, programs and interventions for managing non-work related injuries or health conditions.
- Effective written and oral communication skills, including negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as a member of a team.
- Qualifications or related experience in, or knowledge of allied health initiatives in relation to injury management and return to work, including SIRA accreditation as a Return to Work Coordinator.
- Ability to use information technology systems for recover at work case management
- A high degree of initiative, flexibility and collaboration in a high volume work environment and proven analytical and problem solving skills.
