As a Leisure and Lifestyle Coordinator, you will exhibit your skills in planning, implementing and evaluating lifestyle programs.

**Description**
The Leisure and Lifestyle Coordinator will help create, develop and implement lifestyle programmes within a progressive team environment; however, they will also work autonomously at times. The Leisure and Lifestyle Coordinator will support the Lifestyle Coordinator in achieving positive outcomes for the residents. You will work daily with the residents, enabling their lifestyle choices while still working with individual needs.
Along with assisting with care practices, you will provide support for volunteers and evaluate current and future lifestyle options.
The role is based in Melbourne's North, and it will allow you to make a rewarding difference in the residents' lives.
**Profile**
- Minimum of a Certificate III in Leisure and Lifestyle
- Previous Aged Care experience
- Update to date Covid and Flu Vaccinations
- A valid Driver's Licence is required
- Experience implementing individualised lifestyle programs
- Knowledge of the Montessori philosophy lifestyle program is ideal
