**Job description**:
This is a unique opportunity in the market to join one of Australia’s largest private development companies. A clear leader across all industry sectors including retail, commercial, industrial, residential, and master plan communities, this company continues to demonstrate their strong presence in the Adelaide market.

Due to continual growth, this developer is now seeking a Foreman specialising in fit out works to oversee high-profile apartments here in SA. The organisation is looking for a professional who aligns with their family values, acknowledges their pride in contributing to the future of SA, and is committed to nurturing meaningful, long-term client & builder relationships.

**The role**
This is a fast-paced, dynamic environment; calling for responsive thinking and a keen ability to problem solve. Reporting to the Senior Site Manager, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- On-site supervision and coordination of the project and staff
- Manage Site Health & Safety to the highest standard
- Management of subcontractors, ensuring roles and responsibilities are fulfilled
- Daily safety and quality assurance
- Ensuring daily productivity so the project is delivered on time and to budget
- Regular reporting of scope of work and any on-site issues
- Attending and coordinating necessary site meetings

To be successful in this role you will have previous experience as a Foreman or Site Supervisor in a Tier 1/Tier 2 environment. A background in carpentry will be highly regarded. Safety is at the forefront of our client’s values, and you will demonstrate an outstanding track record to ensure high quality and code compliance. You will be an excellent communicator and be able to produce precise and concise written works. This is an environment where you are expected to work collaboratively, understanding that you are all working together to achieve the same outcome.
