We are looking for an Experienced Foreman/Leading Hand with a strong background in formwork, concrete, or civil construction.

We are currently seeking an individual with excellent concreting knowledge and experience in finishing concrete on commercial projects, along with proven team management skills.

If you have a passion for running successful pours, coordinating construction projects, and leading a team of formworkers, steelfixers, and concretors, we want to hear from you. This will be a hands on tools and a management position.

**Responsibilities**:

- Independently manage and coordinate concrete pours, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to project timelines.
- Utilize your strong concreting knowledge to ensure high-quality finishes on commercial projects.
- Set out construction projects, arrange material deliveries, and oversee the day-to-day operations.
- Lead and supervise a team of formworkers, steelfixers, and concretors, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Collaborate with the company director and other team members to achieve project objectives.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Assist and support the team with on-site work

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Foreman/Leading Hand in the formwork, concrete, or civil construction industry.
- Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in finishing concrete on commercial projects.
- Ability to autonomously run a concrete pour and effectively manage a team.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Valid driver's license.

**Remuneration**: Remuneration for this position is highly competitive and will be based on your level of experience and expertise. The package includes a salary range of $85,000 to $100,000 per annum, along with a company car.
