**Your role as Pastoral Care Regional Partner**:
As **Pastoral Care Regional Partner for the Wollongong and Wagga Wagga Dioceses**, you will lead the pastoral care of people we serve and work with including members, volunteers and staff members. A vital part of your role is to coordinate spiritual development opportunities in accordance with the spirit, mission and values of the Society.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Support all areas of work to integrate the Society's mission, vision and Catholic heritage.
- Ensure the provision of spiritual and pastoral care services for people we serve, and all programs, resources and individual supports are accessible, appropriate and timely.
- Connect with and provide spiritual and pastoral care support where needed for Vinnies Services, Conferences and Council.
- Support and manage pastoral and mission engagement in collaboration with partners and regional directors across regions that are consistent and aligned with the Strategic directions and a ‘One Society’.

**To be successful in this role**:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Knowledge of pastoral care, spirituality, and contemporary theology.
- Understanding of a lay Catholic culture, ministry, and church structure, including liturgy, rituals, reflections and prayer.
- Capability to promote and model the ethos and mission of the Society in all interactions with members, staff, volunteers and members of the broader community.
- NSW driver licence.
- Ability to travel regularly across the Sydney metropolitan area.
