Crewing & Travel Coordinator

NEP Australia is currently looking for a Melbourne based Crewing & Travel Co-ordinator to join our team in a full-time on-going position.

The role will work alongside a team of Crewing & Travel team members with respect to crewing and travel duties across various NEP jobs.

**Key Responsibilities but not limited to**:

- Crewing of freelancers such as camera operators, audio, CCU, EVS, etc
- Call sheet preparation and distribution
- Weekly timesheet payroll processing
- Booking of crew travel logistics
- Organising crew accreditation for venues

**Required skills and attributes**:

- Broadcast, Production, or event experience desirable but not essential
- Minimum of two years crewing and travel experience desirable but not essential
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Experience using MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems
- Be a collaborative team player who is also self-motivated and can work autonomously
- High level of organisation and attention to detail
