**Main Purpose of Role**

As an Internal Controls Analyst, you will be responsible for increasing the operational efficiency of the organization by supporting and implementing Internal Controls framework, conduct ongoing monitoring of processes to ensure a well-controlled environment and conduct periodic risk assessment

**Key Accountabilities and Business Priorities**

**Role Accountabilities**:

- Responsible for strengthening overall internal control environment within KC ANZ by
- raising the level of appreciation, awareness and knowledge of internal controls
- performing independent reviews to evaluate adequacy and effectiveness of existing controls and compliance to Kimberly-Clark policies & procedures
- Providing support for performance and compliance audits and supporting the organization to implement approved recommendations
- Review and implement Internal Control framework across various process streams (P2P, R2R, OTC, DTR, FTS)
- Work with functional leads to streamline end-to-end processes and deliver quantifiable value
- Actively engage and partner with offshore & outsource partners to ensure end-end processes, role & responsibilities are well defined
- Ongoing independent monitoring of key process/controls to ensure compliance and providing feedback on performance
- Coordinate updates to policies and procedure documents in accordance with the annual internal control plan
- Attend all business units’ sub-committee CCC meetings. Provide expert support & guidance on internal control matters

**Knowledge/ Experience**
- Bachelors’ degree in accounting, finance or related field
- Minimum 4 - 5 years’ experience in Internal control
- Experience in process or continuous improvement projects
- Excellent inter-personal and communication skills necessary to maintain good working relationship with senior management and other functions within KC
- Excellent written and verbal communications
- Strong problem solving & influencing skills
- Good knowledge of ERP tools (preferably SAP)
