**About the role at Mutinex**

You will make and keep the office a great place to work by bringing people together via events, team building activities and social gatherings.

You will do boring things like organising cleaners, supplies, maintenance and repairs.

Then fun things such as orchestrate fun activities from time to time and be a bit of a pied piper of our Mutinex team but without the rats. If there are rats, you will organise someone to get rid of them.

If we have customers coming in, you'd make sure the office was extra spiffy and there were drink options and good dips for them. You'd greet them and act as the host.

How are meeting rooms booked? What is the security access to the building? What beers and non alcoholic drink options do we stock? Where is the water bowl for pooches to drink from when them come to the office? How do you get more pooches to come to the office?

These are all the sorts of things you'll manage but other things will pop up unexpectedly and you'll handle those things too.

Experience as an office or facilities manager in startup, creative or co-working environment is ideal.

**Seniority**

**Mid Level** - A role for someone with some well-developed knowledge and skills they can bring to the role and team. Typically within 2-5 years of experience.
