About you
As our Victoria faculty Continued Professional Development (CPD) Administrator, you work effectively as part of a team and excel under times of pressure. Your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, combined with your high attention to detail and initiative will see you provide high-level client and stakeholder service to RACGP Victoria CPD participants, education providers and CPD Representatives.

**You’ll also demonstrate**:
a post - secondary qualification in office administration or business management
excellent planning and organisational skills
excellent client and stakeholder service skills with the ability to interpret client needs and develop and sustain positive relationships with stakeholders
ability to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend and implement change
About the opportunity
Reporting to the State Manager of the VIC Faculty, you’ll provide high-level administrative support for all aspects of the CPD program in Victoria and the RACGP Victoria CPD Team, while ensuring that program procedures are carried out in a timely, accurate and efficient manner. Some of your responsibilities will include:
supporting the RACGP Victoria CPD Program Coordinators in the daily administration of the CPD program
providing appropriate and accurate information and advice regarding the CPD Program
participating in the National CPD teleconferences and face-to-face staff meetings and contribute to objectives at a state and National level by providing problem solving and technical skills ensuring continuous quality improvement of CPD program initiatives
providing high-level administrative support for all state based CPD activities including education activity representative training workshops and other activities
