We are seeking Food Service Assistants to assist with the delivery, preparation and heating of meals, in accordance with resident dietary requirements. Food Services Assistants also ensure resident dining areas and kitchens are kept clean and safe at all times.

- New, purpose-built 85 bed aged care home in Harris Park
- Part time opportunity - 7.00am - 5.00pm weekday and weekend shifts available

Our Lady Mercy Place Harris Park is opening in the first half of 2023. We are seeking Food Services Assistants to join our team and assist with the delivery, preparation and heating of meals, in accordance with resident dietary requirements.
Reporting to the Catering and Hospitality Manager, you will provide assistance with delivery, preparation and heating of meals according to individual residents dietary requirements. You will also be required to ensure resident dining areas and kitchens are kept clean and safe at all times.
**About You**:
- Food Safety Handler certificate - Level 1
- Experience in large-scale catering and Aged Care is highly desirable
- Ability to operate in a team environment and prioritise during peak periods
- A passion for great food service whilst being customer and safety focused
- An understanding that producing nutritious meals is an important part of home life for residents (and their families)
