As an Educator you will be a team player, collaborating with the Senior Educators and Educational Leader within your centre to observe, inform and continuously improve our educational programs on offer to children. You put safety first with everything that you do and ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and respond to the needs of all children.

About Goodstart Blackburn Springfield Road
Goodstart Blackburn
- Springfield Road is a purpose built early learning centre consisting of 6 learning spaces. The centre is conveniently located on the 2nd floor of the North Blackburn Shopping centre. We offer state-of-the-art facilities, a friendly atmosphere and high-quality care and eduction. We have a highly experienced and dedicated team on board who are passionate about providing the highest standards of early learning and care.

**You’ll need**:
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)

Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards

Current Victoria Working with Children Check
