**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
Our Power Systems Business have a great opportunity for an experienced Zero Harm Advisor to join the team and contribute to Transmission Construction projects. Reporting to the Zero Harm Manager, this position will play a key role in building sustainable, long-lasting public infrastructure solutions across Australia.

This is a site-based role on a 20:8 roster with travel, accommodation and site-based allowances included as extra above the negotiated salary.

**ABOUT YOU**:
Degree in health, Safety & Environment, Business or similar discipline preferred

Certificate 4 Workplace Health and Safety as minimum essential

Drivers’ license (C class) essential

Certificate IV Training and Assessing or similar desirable

Quality/Safety Lead Internal Auditor or similar desirable

Lead ICAM Incident Investigation or similar desirable

Return to work coordinator certificate desirable

Knowledge of applicable statutory provisions across multiple jurisdictions

Minimum 2 years’ relevant industry experience desirable

Minimum 6 years’ experience in a zero-harm practitioner role desirable

Experience conducting audits and preparation of corrective actions and reports Preparation and delivery of various Zero Harm Awareness or Training Programs essential

Ability to prepare management and data analysis reports, consult with operations and consolidate findings Ability to interpret and analyse results based on data and safety reports desirable

Ability to guide and coach Managers, Supervisors and operational teams on aspects of Zero Harm ZH IMS System implementation and performance improvement opportunities. Essential

Adaptive interpersonal skills, together with strong written and verbal communication skills Essential

Ability to manage multiple and competing tasks concurrently Essential
