**Your Role**:
As Whittens continues to grow with a healthy pipeline of Civil projects across Australia, we have a newly created opportunity for a **Marketing and Communications Co-ordinator **to join our corporate office in Osborne Park.

Reporting to our personable CEO, this is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter to work with key internal stakeholders to create, develop, implement and execute the Whittens' Marketing and Communications strategy for the group.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement the marketing and communications strategy & plan
- Champion and grow all social platforms, playing a proactive role in enhancing brand awareness
- Work with the Recruitment Lead and Executive HR Manager to utilise LinkedIn Life page, promote employer brand and create content and graphics support for Recruitment campaigns
- Maintain and add to document library of photos to be used in campaigns / social media (LinkedIn / Facebook / Internal social media)
- Produce high quality graphic designs for in-house collateral and assets using a variety of software programmes
- Conduct and be responsible for all Public Relations content and media activities for the organisation
- Championing internal and external communications around Project wins, milestones and updates
- Advise and support the CEO with communication content and brand management
- Support the HR team with marketing material for promotion of the EVP (Employee Value Proposition) and HR project roll outs
- Manage a budget and monitor expenditure associated with the agreed marketing and communications strategy
- Event Management and Merchandise coordination to develop any content requirements for exhibitions
- Ad hoc site travel to support in gathering content, images and communications
- Support in back-end maintenance for company website

**About you**:

- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital advertising or similar
- Experience with Social Media content management, branding, creative writing and execution of marketing campaigns
- Experience with WordPress or similar CMS - **A must**:

- Flair for Graphic design and experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator) - **Highly Desirable**:

- High attention to detail with ability to proofread and copywrite engaging on-brand content
- Ability to manage multi-channel campaigns through to post campaign analysis
- Capacity to work both autonomously and with key stakeholders within the business
- Open to full and part-time applicants
