**About the role**

As the Advisor, Security Resilience you will support the design, development, implementation and maintenance of physical security across all business operations channels as part of the Protective and Physical Security Management and Response Framework.
- Currently we have a temporary vacancy until April 2024, however there is the possibly for this role to be made permanent._

**You will be accountable for**:

- Design and delivery of security incident response training
- Collaborating with the business to identify tends, themes and lessons learned to bridge any identified knowledge gaps
- Ensuring consistency and understanding of knowledge across the business through various forums such as the knowledge management programme and monthly Q&A sessions
- Contribute to the development of relevant communication material

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Demonstrated experience in designing and facilitating training programs
- Previous experience in security
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, be flexible and work under pressure to meet deadlines

**Essential requirements**
- NSW Security License Class 1E minimum (to be obtained within 6-weeks of commencement of role)
- Drivers Licence
- Regular paid travel across various business operation centres and site located throughout NSW in metro, remote and regional locations.

**Remuneration**

Service NSW Grade 7/8 salary package starts from $95,136 plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
