In a JV with Guidera O’Connor, John Holland is delivering capital projects for SA Water under a four-year framework agreement for up to $500m, focused on water services across southern metropolitan Adelaide and regional areas of SA.

**About the Role**:
The SA Water Capital Delivery Program team are currently looking for an experienced **Environment and Approvals Advisor **to join the team, based in the Corporate SA Water project office, in Adelaide CBD.

Reporting to the Environment Manager, you’ll be accountable for supporting the Environment Manager with project start-up, translating conditions, ensuring work readiness and facilitating low impact early works.

**Responsibilities of the role include;**:

- Provide environmental guidance, diligence and consistency to internal stakeholders
- Provide advice and input into the identification and effective management of environmental risks.
- Identify and initiate localised environment improvement initiatives.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all relevant legal, regulatory and company environmental requirements.

**To be successful in the key role;**:

- Bachelor Degrees in Environmental Engineering, Science, Sustainability or other associated disciplines
- Experience in construction environment management (3+ years)
- Knowledge of environmental management techniques and tools
- Knowledge of compliance and reporting procedures and processes
