Who are we partnering with?

u&u. Recruitment Partners have been given the opportunity to partner with a well-recognised healthcare organisation. Based in Southbank, they are looking for someone to come in and assist for 12-months whilst the business undergoes major projects and changes.

What will U be doing?

Entering invoices accurately;
Sending invoices to relevant Managers for approval;
Allocating invoices to GL codes in line with company policy and procedure;
Allocating invoices to fixed asset/project codes line with company policy and procedure;
Processing payments (EFT, BPAY, CHQ, Direct Debit, ad hoc International Payments) in line with company policy and procedure;
Supporting vendor record creation and amendment by taking due diligence in verifying vendor bank details and other data;
Maintaining relationship with internal and external stakeholders;
Resolving invoice disputes;
Reconciling vendor account statements; and

Processing corporate credit card transactions.

What experience do U need?

Highly organised, detail-oriented person;
Be immediately available;
Have excellent communication and written skills;
Accounts Payable experience; and

'Can Do' attitude
