Accounts Payable Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our team at Hays plc. As a key member of our accounts team, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, ensuring accurate and timely payments, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage full function Accounts Payable, including three-way-matching of invoices and purchase orders
* Approve payments and perform account reconciliations
* Develop and maintain effective stakeholder management
* Collaborate with the accounts team to ensure seamless financial operations
Requirements
* Prior experience in Accounts Payable is essential
* Experience with Business Central or Navision is beneficial
* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a high-volume AP environment
