**Overview**

Are you dedicated to delivering exceptional service in a healthcare environment? We're looking for an individual committed to leading our cleaning, orderly, and Client Support Assistant (CSA) services.

As the Client Support Supervisor, you'll ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and safety for both patients and staff, adhering to all relevant legislative requirements. Key responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day operations, including human resource management, operational planning, and financial management
- Maintain efficient purchasing processes and uphold a continuous quality improvement cycle
- Be prepared to step into operational duties at short notice, ensuring seamless service delivery

**About You**
- Strong team player with adaptability to diverse environments and colleagues
- Flexible scheduling and deadline-oriented with a knack for prioritizing tasks effectively
- Exceptional communication skills for engaging with individuals from varied cultural backgrounds
- Demonstrated discretion, confidentiality maintenance, and cultural sensitivity, including a willingness to undergo additional training for engaging with Aboriginal communities

**Essential Criteria**
- Demonstrated expertise in cleaning, organisation, and customer service assistance
- Skilled in establishing, maintaining, and optimising operational systems and procedures
- Proficient in managing staff and coordinating services, including providing guidance on safety protocols
- Experienced in implementing and advising on effective work practices and training methods
- Competent in using various computer software, maintaining employee schedules, and exercising independent judgment in daily tasks, with a focus on serving Aboriginal consumers
