**About the Company**
We are seeking a Customer Service Team Leader to join a large NSW Government agency on a 4 month contract with flexible work arrangements. In this role you will manage the day-to-day operations and lead the delivery of high quality customer service in a timely manner.
**About the Role**
- Lead the delivery of outstanding customer service and advice to customers and model a high degree of empathy in responding to enquiries and requests for information.
- Identify and collaborate with delivery partners and business support services to continuously improve, streamline and optimise internal operations, processes and systems.
- Train, provide feedback, mentor and guide the team to achieve these standards to continuously improve productivity and achieve business outcomes
**About you**
- Experience leading teams in a customer service or call-centre environment
- Strong ability to influence, attention to detail and exceptional written and verbal skills.
- Excellent organisational skills
- Outstanding communication skills
