Excellent opportunity to lead a range of strategies, campaigns, and major projects to support the Bond University brand and create a preference amongst prospective students and their influencers. This opportunity will oversee the development and execution of creative and impactful multi-channel marketing campaigns that deliver student attraction and acquisition outcomes.

**Other key responsibilities of this role include**:

- Driving marketing automation strategies to enhance personalisation and engagement with prospective students.
- Leading the relationships with key external partners including the media and marketing automation agencies
- Managing a team of high performing specialists and working effectively with our internal stakeholders

The Brand & Marketing team at Bond University has a clear vision to raise the University’s global reputation as a premium institution with a distinct value proposition, to generate growth opportunities and to encourage more students to consider, engage with, and ultimately choose to study at Bond University. The Digital Marketing & Campaign Manager plays an integral role in bringing this vision to life.

**About the person**:

- A Degree preferably in marketing or a related field
- Experience in developing and implementing fully integrated marketing campaigns that deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Experience in advanced marketing technologies including marketing automation (Marketo preferred)
- Experience in managing large scale domestic and international campaigns.
- Experience in managing a dynamic and high performing team.
- High levels of motivation and the ability to adapt to, and to be a catalyst for change, and to embed a customer-centric and high-performance culture across the team.
- Skills in working effectively with external agencies and suppliers.

**Salary details**:
The salary for this 0.8 FTE (Part-time) position commences at $83,448 per annum (Full-time Equivalent is $104,310 per annum) plus 12% superannuation per annum.
