Job description

Established in 2007, our client is a leading independent agency on Sydney's Lower North Shore looking for an experienced Leasing Consultant to join their team. They are a business built on ethics and experience, which have proven to be the foundations for our growth and success. Their focus is, and has always been, on building a reputation rather than a profile. Entrenched and actively involved in the community that we know and love, we are in touch with our clients and their needs.

**About the role**:

- Advertising and leasing properties
- You'll schedule and conduct open for inspections
- Perform ingoing, routine and outgoing inspections
- Provide support to our property management team ie. lease preparations, key handovers
- Use our systems to provide a great leasing experience for our tenants and landlords
- Monday - Saturday position with a day off during the week (Generally Friday)
- Parking on site (street)
- $75,000 package + leasing comms (10% of letting fee - approx. $8000-9000 per annum)

**About you**:

- You'll have a Real Estate licence or Assistant Agent Certificate
- Have a drivers licence and vehicle
- Be passionate and customer service focused
- Knowledge of the Lower North Shore would be advantageous
- You're ready to embrace a brand new journey with us
