**Organisation**:
Brightside Recruitment has partnered with a growing Not-For-Profit organisation with the aim to empower, connect and support those in need within the community through providing support coordination, research projects and community events.

**Role**:
In this role you'll be helping individuals smash their goals by providing person-centred support coordination.

You'll get to work with clients presenting a range of conditions, with various levels of complexity in their support needs.

You'll be joining a small but supportive team of passionate Support Coordinators all focused on strengthening their clients way of life.

You will be require;
- To assist participants with all aspects of their NDIS plan-coordination, implementation and review;
- To provide support to clients without NDIS plans in order to maximize any funding opportunities;
- To support clients and disability support workers with all aspects of service delivery;
- To work within a community context to ensure members have access to a range of supports

**Selection Criteria**:

- Qualifications in Social Work, Social Science, Allied Health or Nursing, a minimum of a Diploma of Community Services;
- Experience in supporting people with a range of disabilities including intellectual/developmental disability and be passionate about enabling people with intellectual disabilities to live a fulfilling and inclusive life;
- Proven experience in providing expert advice and consultation to NDIS participants and their families on the changing NDIS environment;
- Strong knowledge of the NDIS and Quality and Safeguards;
- Ability to build NDIS participant and family capacity to understand and navigate service systems;

**Extra info**:

- This role is immediately available
- Current NSW Drivers Licence, NDIS worker screening and NSW WWCC is a requirement for this role
