Parking is plentiful, with fantastic kitchen amenities on site, close to cafes in a social co-working space environment.

**The Details**:

- $70k inc. Super
- Full time 9am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday

**What you will be doing**:

- Ordering and managing inventory using Shopify
- Requesting and managing credit requests from suppliers
- Managing expiry dates and stocktakes
- Communicating lines to discontinue
- Receiving pallets (using walkie stacker, no forklift licence necessary)
- Putting stock on shelves and keeping inventory accessible and tidy
- Building & maintaining supplier relationships
- Ordering consumables and keeping warehouse stocked to ensure staff can carry out their daily tasks
- Maintenance and administration of inventory and stock management systems (Shopify)
- Back in Stock product process
- New product photography
- Assisting in packing customer orders where necessary

**About you (we are looking for the right person and willing to train someone who does not have all of the following experience)**:

- Experience using Shopify
- Previous experience within a warehousing and logistics environment
- Previous experience working within an e-Commerce business
- Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Time management skills
- Willingness to learn

**Salary**: $70,000.00 per year
