- Based out of Brisbane or the Gold Coast

Responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery and management of building projects in the Gold Coast / Brisbane area. The right leader will work alongside a Project Manager, and in conjunction with the local DDR team to champion positive safety behaviours to employees and contractors throughout the business. Advise and guide the site on scope of works, with a proactive and solutions focused approach.

The role also includes:

- Manage the onsite trade effort for various teams and projects along the Gold Coast
- Control and assurance of the safety and compliance of the workforce
- Contribution and execution of Construction Methodologies and Method of Works Plans
- Implementation of relevant SWMS, Permits, Isolations and Controls to ensure the safety of the team.
- Quality and workmanship assurance in accordance with quality management processes and documentation
- Manage and capture workforce hours and productivity
- Stock control, procurement and inventory for the direct works on site

- Demonstrated previous experience in a similar role
- Trade background and experience in supervision of civils, new construction and refurbishment projects
- Frontline management experience preferred
- Cert IV in OHS would be advantageous
