**In this role, you'll**:
Be a valued member of the Infrastructure & Place - Commercial, Performance & Strategy team based in Newcastle, NSW. Your core responsibilities will center around the development and upkeep of project schedules across the Tier-1 project. Your role plays a pivotal part in monitoring key activities and assessing their impact on the achievement of crucial project milestones throughout the entire project construction period. Additionally, you will take charge of crafting an integrated control schedule that oversees the project in the delivery phase, which includes close collaboration with detailed contractor schedules. Effectively comprehending and addressing the needs and expectations of a wide range of stakeholders is a key aspect of this role, ensuring seamless alignment of priorities and agendas.

In this role, you'll actively participate in design and constructability review meetings and workshops, offering your insights into the monthly program reviews with the contractors. Your primary duty is to maintain schedule integrity, ensuring strict compliance with Transport for NSW standards and procedures while upholding the highest quality benchmarks. You will also assume the responsibility of nurturing productive, collaborative, and cooperative relationships among stakeholders, the project team, and external partners, guaranteeing that projects are not only completed within specified timeframes but also meet the required outcomes and quality standards, all while remaining within or below the budget constraints.
