**The Opportunity**
Working closely with your fellow Educators and Centre Manager, you will enjoy;
- Developing and maintaining meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the centre community.
- Developing and implementing an innovative early learning program reflective of current early years thinking and practice.
- Documenting and sharing with families in their children's learning and development.
- Actively contributing to the implementation and adoption of the Guardian Curriculum.
- Professional learning and development programs, career pathways, and a truly collaborative and inclusive learning environment.

Welcome to Guardian Childcare & Education **Richmond** Our spacious, bright and welcoming early learning centre in **Richmond** provides leading learning programs in a nurturing environment for children aged six weeks to six years.

Our Richmond child care is a great choice for local families wanting high-quality education and care for their children. We are conveniently situated for families in surrounding suburbs such as Hawthorn, East Melbourne, Burnley and Southbank.
Situated on a main road, with safe access from a back lane, our impressive resource-rich environments include:

Supported through a passionate and dedicated team, our day care in Richmond is an inclusive learning environment; a personalised approach ensures each child is supported to be bold, creative, and curious in their learning journey.

**To be considered, you will have**:

- A completed Certificate III and/or Diploma in Children's Services (or working towards)
- Prior experience in long day-care
- Sound, practical working knowledge and implementation of the NQF and the EYLF
- Current Working with Children's Check.
