The Opportunity
Working closely with your fellow Educators and Centre Manager, you will enjoy;
Developing and maintaining meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the centre community.

Developing and implementing an innovative early learning program reflective of current early years thinking and practice.

Documenting and sharing with families in their children’s learning and development.

Actively contributing to the implementation and adoption of the Guardian Curriculum.

Professional learning and development programs, career pathways, and a truly collaborative and inclusive learning environment.

**About the centre**:
Welcome to Guardian Childcare & Education Richmond Our spacious, bright and welcoming early learning centre in Richmond provides leading learning programs in a nurturing environment for children aged six weeks to six years.

Our Richmond child care is a great choice for local families wanting high-quality education and care for their children. We are conveniently situated for families in surrounding suburbs such as Hawthorn, East Melbourne, Burnley and Southbank.
Situated on a main road, with safe access from a back lane, our impressive resource-rich environments include:
Passionate Educators and Teachers who focus on building strong relationships with children and families

Modern, light-filled learning spaces including an art studio, a STEM atelier, and alfresco dining, designed to inspire curiosity, fun, and a sense of belonging

**To be considered, you will have**:
A completed Certificate III and/or Diploma in Children’s Services (or working towards)

Prior experience in long day-care

Sound, practical working knowledge and implementation of the NQF and the EYLF

Current Working with Children’s Check.
