Melbourne, Australia Sea Salt Marketing Full time

We’re on the hunt for another talented and energetic Social Media Producer who’s organised, creative and has a knack for producing compelling content.

You’ll have a passion for creating and delivering bang-on digital content and copywriting and be all over the management of multiple social media accounts. Every day will be different with your time split between creating, planning and proofing our client’s monthly social media content, ad hoc social media posts and editing freelancer social content.

You will live and breathe social media and ideally have 2 years + of experience in a similar role. You will love getting to know our clients, and you’ll anticipate their needs to make sure they’re super satisfied with what we’re doing. You will produce high-quality work on time and stay ahead of social media trends to create and deliver new and exciting ideas to elevate our clients’ social presence.

Your stellar social media experience means you are confident in using all social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, LinkedIn and YouTube. You will be super organised and obsessed with spelling and grammar, running your fine-tooth comb over each client’s monthly social media content.

This role is varied and exciting and as such, requires a level of multitasking so you’ll need to be able to jump between tasks and clients when needed.

Sea Salt was established in December 2015, and we are now in a super exciting phase of growth - and this is where you come in because our plans for the future include shaping this role to what you’d love it to be.

**What you’ll get from us**

We believe in a work-life balance and understand the need for flexibility. We are looking for someone to work hybrid from our Melbourne CBD co-working space and at home.

Working from our sustainable, B-corp certified offices, you’ll enjoy free brekkie on Tuesdays, weekly yoga and meditation classes, and professional development and networking opportunities.

Pet friendly, you can bring your furry friend to work, and even Friday night drinks State-of-the-art features include sensory rooms, maker spaces, rooftop beer gardens, wellness studios, and a podcast studio. Plus, there’s proper coffee to get your barista on and beer and cider on tap for your inner bartender.

Further perks include

- Treats and presents on your birthday and work anniversaries

**Responsibilities**

As our new team member, you will have the skills to:

- Plan and create content calendars for clients across multiple social media channels
- Write, edit and proofread a range of social media content in line with client’s brand guidelines
- Schedule, manage and publish social content to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tik Tok and YouTube using scheduling software like Hootsuite or Buffer
- Monitor the performance of social media channels through monthly reporting and analysis
- Copywriting for social media posts, newsletters and the occasional blog
- Creative thinking and coming up with new, proactive social media ideas for clients

**Required qualifications & experience**
- Degree in marketing, communications or related field
- 2 years+ experience in a copywriting, social media or marketing role
- Strong copywriting skills and pedantic with spelling and grammar
- Highly organised and driven
- Commitment to your own learning and development
