Ampersand International have been appointed by a highly regarded professional services firm to appoint an innovation-driven and ambitious Marketing Specialist. This is a hands-on role responsible for developing and delivering exciting regional marketing programs and ideas to drive revenue generation and brand awareness.

Working hand in hand with the leadership team, you will be expected to identify opportunities to create conversations with clients, develop digital and printed materials and support with broader profile-raising activities.

Based in Melbourne CBD, but offering flexible working conditions, you will be responsible for end-to-end development and execution of online and offline marketing campaigns, client communications and events, which include:

- Developing content for national digital channels (Social and website).
- Designing of all digital & non-digital marketing materials in-line with our brand guidelines.
- Supporting internal communications by gathering and developing content for our regional and national intranet.
- Report on marketing performance through analytics and storytelling.

**About you**

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in a Marketing discipline (preferred) and 4+ years of practical experience in a similar role in finance and/or professional services industry.
- Proven marketing experience in a broad marketing role with B2B and/or B2C experience.
- Happy to be the sole marketing person within the business and ability to work independently.
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting skills.
- Solid skills using Adobe CS, specifically InDesign and Photoshop - the ability to put together brochures and various marketing collateral.
- Outstanding MS Office skills (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
- Experience maintaining websites through a CMS such as Kentico or WordPress.
- Experience using social scheduling tools such as Hootsuite.
- Reporting tools such as Google Analytics.
- Understanding of SEO.
