**Assistant Manager**

We're seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in co-piloting this exciting project.

If you are an administration professional who meets the criteria below and understands how to deliver outstanding high level customer service we want to hear from you.
- A solid 7 year working history
- Experience managing and improving systems and processes
- Experience with Practice Management software
- A master at using the full suite of Microsoft products (word excel etc)
- Experience with social media content creation and an interest in marketing (highly advantageous)
- A demonstrated understanding of how to delivery a high level customer service to patients
- Knowledge of HICAPS and processing workers comp claims (Highly advantageous)

- Excellent command of the English language and impeccable phone manners
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, think on your feet environment.
- A warm and friendly demeanor and bubbly personality.
- Understands how to present themselves professionally
- Ability to work everyday either on our morning or afternoon shift during our opening hours.

As our assistant manager you will work some receptions shifts (outlined below) and some manager shifts which wil have more flexible hours.

Our reception shifts are as follows
If your availability does not match our shifts or is strict and you are unlikely to progress so please do not apply
**Morning (7am-1:30pm)**
**Afternoon (1pm-7pm)**
**Sat and Sunday mornings.**

**Key Responsibilities**:
As a part of the welcoming face of our clinic, your duties would include:
**Management duties**
- Implementing and improving processes and procedures
- Maintaining operational stock levels
- Conducting onboarding orientations for new staff
- Assisting in managing the administration team
- Planning team social events
- Rostering staff and managing consult room schedules
- Updating records and documents as necessary
- Assisting in creating new training protocols and training new team members

**Medical reception duties**
- Greeting, checking in, and scheduling patients
- Managing forms, referrals, payments, and HICAPS transactions
- Ensuring clinic cleanliness and assisting with opening/closing procedures
- Communicating with practitioners and admin via Microsoft Teams
- Scanning, filing, and organizing intake forms and documents
- Preparing rooms for practitioners and supporting with procedures
- Assisting in implementing and supporting clinic procedures
- Providing occasional executive assistance and completing assigned tasks promptly.

Pay: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 28 - 38 per week
