**Role Overview**:
Join a busy retail environment where every moment counts As the Assistant Manager, you'll be supporting with delivering genuine customer service, motivating the team, and setting the pace for achieving store budgets and KPIs.

Dive into the excitement of managing high volume stock and VM to ensure the store always looks on point for your customer. This role extends beyond tasks; it involves coaching and developing your team and fostering an environment where everyone's goals are achieved.

**Desired Experience**:

- Previous retail leadership in outlet or a volume driven retail environment
- Proven ability to drive store performance and provide exceptional customer service
- Experience in supervising people, meeting store budgets, and achieving KPI's
- Proficient in stock management and visual merchandising, leading by example in-store
- Ability to coach and motivate team members, inspiring continuous development
- Experience in rostering for optimal store functionality
