If you're ready to roll up your sleeves and play a key role in facilitating academic activities, supporting our dynamic team, and making a real difference, this is your chance to make your mark in a fresh and exciting role.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Be the mastermind behind the scenes as the AEAC Coordinator and Steering Committee Secretariat, ensuring smooth communication, governance, and risk management as this new work unit is established and launched leveraging a highly regarded, existing program of global academic activities. Connect and collaborate with external partners, including universities, research organisations, and global healthcare collaborators. Keep your finger on the pulse, identifying and pursuing growth opportunities for the AEAC, from tenders to exciting projects.

Cultivate strong relationships across our diverse team, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- With a minimum of five years of administration experience you're an administration and coordination champ.
- Your technology and O365 skills are on-point, especially when it comes to SharePoint and Teams, managing web content, and using social digital platforms.
- Juggling tasks is your superpower, and you're known for your ability to handle competing priorities.
