Excellent career opportunity for a talented Legal Secretary to consolidate their career at this sought after law firm and become their Executive Assistant.

**It's all about you**:
As a key member of the team you'll enjoy working in a fast paced environment where you can use your initiative and play an active role in ensuring the smooth running of your team's practice.

Providing secretarial and administrative support to a Partner, Special Counsel and Senior Lawyers some of your duties will include, but not be limited to:

- undertake patent, trade mark and legal support (e.g. oversight of electronic matter management tools/resources);
- general administrative support;
- provision of paralegal services (as required);
- filling and matter management;
- utilise Foundation IP to track patents/liaise with Patents Office;
- oversee billing and invoicing;
- manage corporate travel;
- provide back up support to the Administration Team (as required); and
- preparation of reports, documents and statistics (as required).

**Skills and experience we'd love**:

- at least 4 year's previous experience as a Legal Secretary/Assistant
- demonstrated experience in supporting professionals in a fast-paced environment;
- excellent analytical, problem solving and decision making capabilities;
- strong technical skills (e.g. Office 365, IP software and portals*)
- experience supporting patent professionals in pre-litigation dispute resolution and patent office procedures;
- highly developed communication skills at all levels; and
- highly organised and able to manage competing priorities and meet strict deadlines.
- Proficiency in Foundation IP and Actionstep will be an advantage but is not compulsory.
