About The Role

Are you an experienced project support officer with a track record of success in highly complex technical ICT projects? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment where you can make a real impact on the delivery of critical projects?

We are seeking a IT Program Support Officer / IT Project Coordinator to join the team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality coordination and management of services and projects. As the IT Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing a range of portfolio and program management support services, including preparation of reports and briefs, coordinating resources, maintaining program documentation, and implementing and monitoring plans.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor, track and report on the status of project deliverables to ensure time, cost and quality metrics are in line with approved project plans
- Maintain register of compliance with endorsed project management methodology, ITIL change management process and other organisational policies for audit purposes
- Contribute to the development of project plans under the guidance of a Project Manager to develop future capability
- Research and analyse options in relation to business case and project deliverables to guide optimal decision-making
- Facilitate scrum events within the team where required, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospective
- Utilising and attaining good understanding of ServiceNow (ITBM business processes)

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a IT Project Coordinator or IT Program Support role
- Demonstrated experience in providing high level project co-ordination and support to highly complex and large technical ICT projects
- ITIL and ServiceNow knowledge
- Experienced in a large and complex service industry organisation
- Demonstrated high level experience in secretariat support for executive committees, senior working groups, and daily stand-ups
- Strong analytical skills including the ability to analyse and interpret information, prepare written reports, deal with challenges creatively and achieve business-focused solutions
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with proven engagement skills
- Ability to build, maintain and use relationships with customers, vendors, and stakeholders
