**about THE ROLE**:
**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**:
**Specifically, you’ll be responsible for**:
- Ensuring all vacancies are filled timeously with the right talent for our growing business.
- Building and maintaining strong external networks and talent pipelines in the IT/ Tech space.
- Understanding our workforce requirements, identifying target markets and formulating attraction strategies to meet our needs.
- Providing data and insights on the current challenges within the talent acquisition space and use this data to recommend and implement proactive initiatives to address these.
- Developing and implementing solutions and initiatives to improve our talent pipelines and sourcing capabilities.
**To be a great fit, we are looking for someone who**:
- Has demonstrated experience and success in recruiting within the Technology Sector within the Australian Market.
- Is known for their proactivity, trust, and relationship-building skills (both internally and externally).
- Is organised and has excellent time management skills.
- Is collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and has excellent communication skills.
- Has the ability to introduce new and innovative thinking into resourcing practices.
- Demonstrated experience in building and managing talent pipelines.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing initiatives to improve how businesses acquire new talent.
