**THE ROLE**
**Your day-to-day tasks would involve but not limited to**:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, create job ads, and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Review CVs, conduct initial interviews, and assess qualifications and cultural fit.
- Conduct reference checks and facilitate background screening processes.
- Support the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Track recruitment metrics, analyse hiring trends, and provide regular updates on hiring progress to identify insights and areas for improvement.

- A friendly and engaging personality
- A proactive attitude towards new challenges and the ability to take initiative
- Excellent prioritising skills to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
- High accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of recruitment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build relationships, network, and work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Previous experience in the recruitment industry, ideally within construction, is preferred but not essential
- Volume experience, managing 15+ roles open and in progress at any one time.
