Caravan Sales Manager

SALES PROFESSIONAL ON GREAT SALARY + UNCAPPED COMMISION
Highline Caravans is an industry leader in the Caravan Manufacturing industry and we’re looking for a sales professional to join our team. If you have a can-do attitude, excellent communication skills and hunger for closing sales with excellent commission, then you are the person we’d love to see join our team.
The position is based in our Factory Direct Outlet in Campbellfield and is an ongoing permanent full-time position with 38 hour week, Monday to Friday.
In this role you will provide an exceptional level of customer experience and exceed targets. The role involves confidently following up on customers enquiries, qualifying leads, presenting solutions, closing a sale and after sales follow up.
All leads will be provided, so you won’t need to look for leads, but focus on conversion to sales via an established sales process and exceed the sales targets.
The successful applicant will be responsible for handling all customer-related inquiries in a professional and proper manner, while ensuring all relevant tasks related to the sales process are completed.
**Skills and Experiences**
Ideally you should possess the following qualifications, skills and experiences:
- A minimum of two years sales experience in a compatible sales role
- Proven sales track record and achievement of sales KPIs
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in excel, word, outlook and CRM
- Basic knowledge of Facebook and Instagram advertising
- Great time management and organisational skills
- High attention to detail
- Hunger to kick sales goals and make great bonus commission
Passion for the outdoors and travel is a must, while work experience in the Leisure, RV, Automotive and Caravan industry will be highly regarded, but not essential.

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
