**About the role**

With strong experience in Digital Marketing, you will also be responsible for the management, optimisation and evolution of the paid media program (SEO, SEM, social, display, landed experience) to deliver on reach, click and sales target.

**Duties**
- You’ll contribute to the strategic marketing processes. Starting from a business problem to customer insights and value proposition.
- You’ll be eager to improve, evolve and optimise marketing programs to deliver the best outcome for the customer, team and business. This means you may source or dig into data or customer research ie. find the 'So What’, and make decisions to proactively change, pivot or stop activity in market.
- You’ll be our digital SME, helping our organisation develop and maintain a customer-centric digital presence that is market leading
- You’ll manage the Digital & Search Marketing Agency to develop and implement strategic integrated digital campaigns to
drive ROI cater to changing consumer behaviours including an innovative SEM solutions customised to meet key
acquisition goals and increase efficiency
- You’ll prepare detailed performance reports & recommendations (ROI, media effectiveness, optimisations) and feeding into campaign PIRs and QBRs with agency & publisher partners and internal stakeholders.

**Skills & experience**
- 3+ years marketing and communications experience with a demonstrated understanding of digital media, creative and data
- Deep understanding of martech platforms (Google Marketing Platform preferred), and a natural understanding of data and numbers
- Ability to convert marketing strategies and plans into tactical activity plans that achieve business outcomes and ROI
- You’re starting to establish some expertise in a particular area of the trade but are also getting exposed to a wider range of marketing disciples.
- You are naturally curious, aren’t afraid to ask questions, and put customer at the center of your craft
