**About the Role**:
Our client is a family-owned business who supply temporary protection solutions to the construction, shop fitting, healthcare, removals and demolition sectors to ensure Zero Dust, Zero Damage, Zero Defects on all Projects.

They are now seeking a reliable, self-motivated Accounts Receivable specialist, who is passionate about credit control and customer service. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for daily weekly and monthly AR activities for their four locations in Australia. You will need to have a minimum of 2 years in AR, high level of computer skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage tasks independently and meet company deadlines and targets.

**Duties**:

- Daily Bank Reconciliations in NetSuite
- Bulk billing of sales orders to tax invoices
- Provide daily sales reports to all Branches
- Process Customer Credit Account Applications (conducting credit checks and performing trade references checks)
- Liaise with Sales & Warehouse to process customer returns and raise credit memo/refund request
- Production & Maintenance of Aged debtor reports.
- Escalating overdue debts to Management
- General administrative support when required

**Skills and Experience**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in end to end Accounts Receivables
- Demonstrated experience in debt collection and credit control
- High level of accuracy and excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as a team
- Able to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft suite
- Netsuite experience would be an advantage, but not essential
